About Land to Lot Solutions

Ashley Brown brings more than 20 years of experience in land development, geomatics, technical drafting, subdivision approvals, and municipal development review across New Brunswick.

Ashley is a graduate of the Geomatics Engineering Technology program at the Centre of Geographic Sciences (COGS). She began her career in the geomatics and land development field, including work as a survey technician for a local land developer and other technical roles involving land information, drafting, field data, project coordination, and development-related documentation.

She later moved into the public sector, where her work increasingly focused on planning and development review. Ashley spent eight years with a New Brunswick Regional Service Commission, including several years as a Development Officer, reviewing and coordinating subdivision, development, and planning applications and helping applicants, professionals, municipalities, and agencies navigate the approval process.

Ashley is also a full member of the New Brunswick Development Officers Association (NBDOA).

Ashley’s experience has given her a practical understanding of both sides of a development file: how technical information is prepared and assembled, and how that information moves through the regulatory approval process.

That perspective is the foundation of Land to Lot Solutions.

Land to Lot Solutions was created to provide practical support to professionals and organizations dealing with complex, backlogged, or time-sensitive land development work. Services include research, technical drafting, document preparation, development coordination, file review, and project support.

Clients include surveyors, law offices, Regional Service Commissions, municipalities, housing organizations, developers, engineers, and other professionals involved in land development.

Land development rarely involves just one profession, one approval, or one document. A single file can involve planning authorities, surveyors, engineers, lawyers, municipalities, provincial departments, utilities, funding agencies, and other stakeholders.

Ashley’s strength is helping connect those pieces.

She understands the questions that need to be asked, the information that needs to be gathered, who needs to be involved, and what may be required to move a project to its next stage.

The goal is simple: reduce bottlenecks, organize complex files, and give licensed professionals and decision-makers the support they need to focus on the work only they can do.
