About Land to Lot Solutions

Ashley Brown is a former New Brunswick Land Surveyor and Development Officer with over 20 years of combined experience in land development, subdivision approvals, technical drafting, geomatics, and municipal development review across New Brunswick.

Her background spans both the private sector as a geomatics technologist, and the public sector, including eight years as a Development Officer at a New Brunswick Regional Service Commission, reviewing and coordinating subdivision, development, and planning applications under the Community Planning Act.

That combination is rare. Most people understand the technical side of surveying and drafting, or the regulatory side of development review. Ashley understands both, and can bridge the gap between what professionals need on paper and what the approval process actually requires.

Land to Lot Solutions was founded to put that experience to work for the people and organizations who need it most: surveyors managing workload, law offices with backlogged deed descriptions, housing organizations navigating pre-development complexity, RSCs needing contract capacity, and developers trying to understand what a property actually requires before committing.
